Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping (usually 3-5 business days) on orders $75 and over within the United States! 

Orders within the United States and $75 or over that would like their items sooner can select Expedited Shipping (1-2 business days) for a flat rate of $8.99/order.

For orders under $75 and within the United States, the shipping rates are as follows: 

• Standard Flat Rate Shipping (3-5 business days)-$5.99
• Expedited Flat Rate Shipping (1-2 business days)-$8.99

Items are shipped USPS unless otherwise requested, and we do our best to ship orders from our shop in Durango, Colorado, within 1-2 days of receipt.

For orders outside of the United States, international shipping is a flat $40.99 fee, regardless of the order amount. We may be in touch with you if additional details are required.

Return Policy

We’re sorry your item didn’t work out! Let’s make it right!

As a small business who strives to return as much as possible to our vendors, returns eligible for refunds must be made within 15 days of receiving it and require a valid receipt. Payments made via a debit or credit card will be returned to the debit or credit card used. Returned items purchased with cash, check, or a gift card can be exchanged for items of an equal or lesser value. 

Returns made within 16-30 days of receiving it with a receipt are not valid for a refund, no matter how they were purchased, but can be exchanged for items of an equal or lesser value. 

Returns or exchanges after 30 days are not accepted.

To return your item in-person, simply come into our store. You may also contact us first if you'd like to order a replacement, etc..

Online customers who wish to return an item(s) and cannot do so in-person, should first contact us to verify the return and arrange a return shipping label. Once the item is received back and assessed, the return will be issued using the payment used online to purchase the item(s). Items purchased with a gift card will receive the value of the item(s) returned in a another gift card.
